A steadfast nationalist, spiritual seeker, and fearless reformer, Anantkumar Hegde embodies the true essence of a People’s Paladin — one who stands firm without compromising on values, culture, and integrity in public life.

He began his journey as a humble RSS Swayamsevak, dedicating his youth to the selfless service of the nation and society.

As a full-time worker in the Mysuru district, he worked tirelessly to counter forced religious conversions, inspiring hundreds to return to their original faith and cultural roots.

His commitment deepened as he served as an RSS Pracharak in coastal Karnataka for several years, carrying forward the vision of Hindutva (The Cultural Nationalism) with conviction and clarity of purpose.

As the Convener of the Hindu Jagaran Manch in Karnataka, he mobilized thousands of youth to unite against injustices and confront the threats posed by anti-social and divisive forces. In Bhatkal, he led a fearless struggle against anti-national elements, courageously facing false charges, intimidation, and relentless persecution.

His indomitable spirit was further tested during the National Flag Movement in Karnataka, when he hoisted the Tricolor at Rani Chennamma Ground, Hubli — an act of patriotic defiance that invited severe police atrocities but failed to shake his resolve.

Even today, he bears the scars of those battles, yet remains unyielding — never bowing his head, never compromising his convictions. His life stands as a testament to resilience, integrity, and unwavering faith in the eternal spirit of Bharat.
